Cirebelle is developing a range of fruit packaging waxes that preserve and protect agricultural produce through a specially-developed fruit wax coating. This natural wax coating covers outer layer of the fruit and acts as a barrier to reduce the loss of moisture while enhancing the appearance of the product by adding a bright sheen.
Cirebelle’s natural wax ingredients used to develop these tailored formulations are sustainably sourced and may be derived from our beeswax, rice bran or carnauba range of waxes.
Our specially-developed wax coating not only improves the quality and appearance of agricultural produce but also protects fruit during safe export and handling. Our fruit packaging wax also helps to protect the fruit from postharvest decay which extends the shelf life.
Our fruit packaging wax emulsions can be applied as a dipping or spray on application to produce such as apples, citrus, peaches, nectarines.
